As well as gaining satisfactory acceptance for a proposed scheme from the Authority Having Jurisdiction, whether it is Building Control and/or the Fire & Rescue Service, compliance with Water Regulations must also be achieved.

Various technical guidance documents are in circulation; some generic and some specific to the regional Water Companies. As with all other mains water consuming amenities within a residential dwelling, the client is duty bound to inform the local Water Company of their intention to install residential fire sprinklers. 

Adima will work with the Water Company as and when required. Alternatively, we can provide you with the relevant information and/or assistance to ensure the proposed system is fully compliant.
